When do I get paid?
Instantly at pickup, by UPI, bank transfer or cash — whichever you chose while booking.
What documents do I need?
A valid government ID proof. The purchase bill and box help you get a better price but are not mandatory.
What happens to my data?
Please back up and reset your phone. We also run certified data wiping on every device we collect.
Can I reschedule or cancel the pickup?
